Monthly Subscription Fee  Rs 250 (By way of standing instruction) favoring All India Bank of Baroda Officers Union (Bank of Baroda A/c - 01150100033517 -IFSC BARB0VJNAHA)

Both form duly filled up, after recording Mandate No. shall be clearly scribed on the SI Mandate Form and shall be sent to our address as follows:
